Card on File + Payments

An active debit/credit card is required to be held on file for all existing clients.

Payments are due in full at the time of service.

Deposits

A non refundable 50% deposit of the total service amount will be taken in order to secure your initial hair extension appointment. This amount will go towards the total. The remainder is due the day of service.

A non refundable deposit of $50 will be taken in order to secure your initial hair color appointment. This amount will go towards the total. The remainder is due the day of service.

Cancellations/Rescheduling

A 24 hour minimum notice is required to cancel or change your appointment. If you fail to give proper notice, your card on file will be charged 50% of the service that was booked.

If you: Cancel the day of your appointment, do not show up to your appointment, or are 20+ minutes late, you are willfully forfeiting your appointment and your card on file will be charged 100% of the service that was booked. Your appointment will be considered abandoned.

Miscellaneous

• I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

• Services are non-refundable.

• In the event you are not completely satisfied with your hair color, I invite you to return within 2 weeks of the service to adjust the color. Anything outside of 2 weeks will be considered a new appointment and a fee will be charged.

  • A blowout is not included in a color adjustment appointment. Please notify me at the time of booking if you would like to add a blowout.

• Due to long appointment times, additional guests (including children) are not permitted.
